You’ve heard the names – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others – but what is the best way for a nonprofit to use social media for promotion, publicity, and fundraising? Join us for an information-packed morning and learn from the experts. We’ll begin with networking over a continental breakfast and then listen to a presentation by Suffolk’s online media expert Gloria Boone, Ph.D., Professor, Communication & Journalism. During the breaks, you can ask questions of new media representatives. Then, learn what’s new in grant writing from Michael Lavin, Ph.D. Associate Professor and Chair, Public Management Department, Suffolk University.
